Register Now LoginThe idea for the Denik brand began when our founder was told that one of his drawings would look awesome on a note notebook. Seeing an opportunity to build a brand around creative, cause-based notebooks he and his co-founder gathered up a team of college students and set out to create change. They started gathering artists and designing notebooks – and with each item sold, a portion of the proceeds were set a side to fund the building of schools in Africa.
Since 2011 the vison has blossomed from a grass roots street team of book-slingers to a community of artists and creative professionals. The mission of ‘funding education projects through art and creativity’ has spread to artists, customers, corporations and partners worldwide. The Denik movement has successfully funded 5 schools as of 2018. Two in Mali, one in Guatemala, one in Laos, and one in Ghana.
We continue to press forward with our hopes of showing people that ‘Art Can Change The World’
Upon receipt of a photograph showing the damages we will raise a credit note against your account for the damaged item(s).
We hope this is a rare occurrence but if you do have any damages or missing items please email sales@eclecticlifestylecompany.co.uk or call the office on 01829 730 028. For damages we will ask for photographs to be sent to the customer services team and for missing items we will investigate the situation and resolve the matter for you as quickly as we can. All claims must be reported within seven days of receipt of goods.
For a majority of our orders we use a courier service. However, if your order is over 8 cartons we may ship the consignment on a pallet to ensure the products arrive securely and at the same time. If the order is deemed to require a pallet delivery we will contact you to confirm you are able to receive the order via this transit method.
Our standard lead time is 5 working days from point of payment. Please note this may vary due to stock availability, however if there are any unforeseen delays we will notify you as soon as we can.
Carriage is paid on all orders over £395.00 (within the UK mainland). Orders below this amount will incur a delivery cost of £14.50.
We don’t have a minimum order requirement, we just ask you to order in fragrance/product pack sizes (usually packs of 3, 4 or 6). The pack sizes will be stated when you are placing your order.
All new accounts are opened on a proforma basis, payments must be received (inclusive of any freight costs) before the goods are dispatched.
